I learnt this all through my days as both a teacher and School Principal.
The power of a smile!
The reassurance of a friendly word!
The lift to another person’s spirits {and yours!}
When you’d share a “thumbs up” with them.
Each of us, no matter our age or stage in life, benefits
from making encouragement a habit in our daily lives.
We can encourage ourselves through our joys, our sorrows,
our creative adventures, our grief, our dreams.
We can each choose to be the heroes in our
own life story.
Really?!
